2013 Registration Form
Checks should be made payable to the 'Town of Brookline' and sent along with the registration form. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $35.00 for ALL summer school students.
Tuition will be refunded in the event that a student wishes to withdraw his/her registration, provided the student does so by Mon., July 8. Tuition will not be refunded after that date or for failure to meet attendance requirements. All classes subject to consolidation or cancellation based on student enrollement.
All out-of-district students are required to fill out the health history form!

Tues. July 2 – Tues. August 13 (No school Thurs. July 4 and Fri. July 5)
Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Orientation for ALL students:
Monday, July 1, 8:30 a.m.
Quadrangle, Brookline HS (Auditorium if rain)
*All Out-of-District Students are required to complete a Health History form. Open the link above to print out and complete this form to be submitted with the student application upon registration .
In-Person Registration:
Every Tuesday and Thursday 9:00-10:00 a.m., Room 167, BHS, April 1 - through May.
May 30 - June 21, Mon.-Fri., 8:30- 9:30 a.m., Room 167
June 24-28, 9:00-2:00 p.m., Room 167.
Early registration is encouraged!
Registration will be accepted on a first come, space available basis.
