Parent, Student and Staff Portal

A rollout of technology applications for Brookline High School is planned to occur during the next few weeks.

Teachers, parents and students will be introduced to new features of the X2: ASPEN (student information management system) during the next few weeks.  This will allow parents to view their student's demographic information, class schedule, Interim Progress Reports, Report Cards and daily attendance on-line.  The student portal will allow students to view this same information, as well as receive class specific information from their teachers on class assignments, due dates, etc.

This enhancement will allow Brookline High School teachers to more readily communicate with their class roster of students by connecting and coordinating in a single location the links from various teacher tools currently in use.  This will enable the faculty to test various new applications, as they rollout, to establish and select best practices for electronic teacher/student/parent communication as we move forward.

For this October 13th Back to School Night, teachers will post syllabus and/or link to outside tools.  Parents will receive their system password during homeroom period, while students will receive their password during the week of October 17th.
