Within the realm of SPECIAL EDUCATION, students receive academic and therapeutic interventions at all levels from preschool through completion of secondary education or until transition to adult services.
STUDENT HEALTH is provided for through an array of medical services, including nurses at each building and a consulting school physician. Psychological services are available to meet the school-based assessment and mental health needs of students.
Within the GUIDANCE DEPARTMENT, pupils receive services to support their involvement in the class, school and by extension community, including developmentally appropriate socialization support. The district also provides social work services to provide further support and connection for students and families with community-based resources.
