In May of 2023 the residents of the Town of Brookline, through a debt exclusion override, and the Brookline Town Meeting, through a 2/3 majority vote, approved the Pierce School Renovation project.  What does this mean for the Pierce Community during the 2023-2024 school year?

1. All students will start at the current Pierce campus in September of 2023.
2. In February 2024 students in kindergarten through grade 5 will relocate to the Old Lincoln School on Boyltson Street. Students in grades 6-8 will move to a building on Fisher Hill (near Fisher Hill park).
3. Students will be on this split campus through the end of the 2026-2027 school year, but will all remain Pierce students.
