The PSB is in the process of overhauling its websites. This means that the district website as well as each of the school websites will have a new look by the end of the school year.

 

We have identified and shortlisted three design themes that meet the requirements of our websites, and invite the PSB community to help us choose one of these designs via a vote.

 

We’ve created mock-ups of each design, and have captured screen recordings to take you through each of the three design themes.

 

The screen recordings will take you through the following:

1. The homepage, and
2. A style sheet showcasing the various features of the design theme.

While viewing the screen recordings, please keep the following in mind:

1. The mock-ups created are of PSB’s central website, using PSB’s branding and colors. Each of the school websites will be customized with their respective branding and colors, but will have the exact same design and layout.
2. Currently, the mock-ups contain placeholder content and media. Content on each website will be customized as per requirements. The purpose of these mock-ups is only to showcase the design.
3. Each of the three design themes have the same functionality, and differ only in terms of appearance.
4. All three design themes follow best practices for web accessibility. We will ensure that our websites are inclusive and user-friendly for all members of the PSB community, including individuals with disabilities.
5. Please note that the screen recordings have no sound.

Voting for the theme designs will end at 11:59pm on Thursday, March 20.
