Baker School Recognized as 2022 National Blue Ribbon School

  • NBRSLogo

On Friday, September 16, Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona recognized Baker School as a 2022 National Blue Ribbon School. National Blue Ribbon Schools also serve as models of effective school practices for state and district educators and other schools nationwide. Baker was officially awarded as one of four “exemplary high-performance schools” in Massachusetts. A National Blue Ribbon School recognition is also widely acknowledged as a symbol of exemplary teaching and learning. As such, we are excited to share and model these effective practices and developments - not only with our peers in Brookline, but with other schools and educators in our nation!

Congratulations to Baker students, teachers, staff, families, and community for all of the hard work and efforts in creating a safe and engaging environment for our school. We look forward to continuing this tradition and culture of excellence in this upcoming school year and beyond!

Congratulations to Grade 1 Teacher Laura Richardson!

  • Baker teacher Laura Richardson was recently named a  2020 Presidential Awardee in Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST)!
