Residency Verification processes are conducted annually per the Brookline School Committee Policy.
Following initial enrollment, a student’s parent or legal guardian must provide a signed evidence of continued residency annually as outlined below:
- Affidavit of Residency (click to download)
- Valid Photo ID
- One (1) mortgage statement or property tax bill or lease as listed below (No Landlord Living Agreement will be required for Residency Verification)
- One (1) utility bill for your Brookline address as listed below

Proofs can be scanned and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. They can also be hand-delivered to: the Office of Student Affairs at 24 Webster Place., or mailed to: Office of Student Affairs, 333 Washington St., Brookline, MA 02446.
