Public Comment on Proposed Drafts for School Policy Under Review

The Brookline School Committee (BSC), through its Subcommittee on Policy Review, regularly reviews and, when necessary, revises or creates written policies governing the Public Schools of Brookline (PSB).  All current/approved policies are available through the Policy Manual.

In an effort to improve public feedback on policy revisions, the proposed draft of any policy under review will be posted on the Public Schools website when it is approved for a First Reading by the full School Committee. Current policy drafts under review are listed below, along with links to the draft and for providing commentary. Normally, the period for public comment will be for ten (10) calendar days following a First Reading so that the School Committee can consider comments before its final deliberation.

The Brookline School Committee also welcomes feedback at any time on other policies under discussion or of particular concern. Please address comments or questions to Lisa Jackson, Policy Review Subcommittee Chairman for 2016-2017, at lisa_jackson@psbma.org
