  • Margaret Eberhardt Margaret Eberhardt, M.A.

    Margaret has been an early childhood educator and administrator for 25 years.  She earned a B.S. degree from St. Lawrence University and a M.A. from Teacher’s College, Columbia University.  She began her teaching career in New York, working as a preschool teacher before moving to Massachusetts.   Before joining BEEP,  Margaret worked as a teacher and then the assistant director at an early childhood center in West Roxbury for twenty-five years.  Margaret lives in Milton with her husband and has three grown children.  She serves on the Milton School Committee and as a board member of the Milton Foundation for Education.  Margaret enjoys gardening, serving as an adult leader for scouting organizations and walking her dog Orion.

    Erin began working for Brookline in 2016, first as a home visitor in the Parent Child Home Program (PCHP) and subsequently as the Coordinator of the PCHP program and the Facilitator of Community Family Engagement. She has 15 years of experience working with families and students in early childhood programs and special education settings.

    Throughout all of her work the needs of families have been at the forefront. In her role as Early Childhood Coordinator, she will continue to tackle some of our most important district goals such as equal opportunity for all families, best practices in early childhood instruction, and creating a positive school culture and climate.

    Erin earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts Boston, her Master’s in Education at Boston College, and a Certificate in Advancement of Education Studies from BC.
     
     

     
  • Rachel CraigenRachel Oliver Craigen, M.Ed.

    Rachel has 14 years of teaching experience within BEEP’s inclusion classrooms, as well as with the specialized Comprehensive, RISE, and Skills programs. She has a strong and compassionate understanding of child development and is deeply committed to equitable and inclusive education. She prioritizes strong relationships among teachers, families, students, and administrators. 


    Rachel earned her B.A. in Legal Studies with a certification in Social Justice Mediation from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, her Masters in Education from Cambridge College and her second M.Ed. in Organizational Management from Endicott College.
    She is also a licensed Special Educator for students with both Moderate and Severe disabilities. 


    Rachel and her husband Steve live in northern Massachusetts with their two daughters, Adalie (5) and Tula (2).
