BEEP 2019-2020 School Year Application ProcessSTEP ONE: Submit an application.Upon completion of your application, please email it to email@example.com mail it to:Brookline Early Education Program333 Washington St.Brookline, MA 02445Applications for the 2019-2020 school year are due by November 15, 2018.STEP TWO: Attend an information session.BEEP will have information sessions for new applicants on the following dates.Tuesday, November 27, 2018, 6:00pm-7:00pm at Town Hall, 5th floor, School Committee RoomMonday, December 10, 2018, 7:00pm- 8:00pm at Town Hall, 5th floor, School Committee RoomTuesday, December 11, 2018, 8:30am-9:30am at Town Hall, 5th floor, School Committee RoomAt BEEP information sessions, we will review our inclusion model, curriculum, daily routines and enrichment opportunities for students. We will also discuss the application process and answer questions.We strongly encourage all new applicants to attend an information session. BEEP APPLICATION POLICYFirst priority in admission is given to those children returning from the previous year, and to siblings of students formerly enrolled in our program. We make every attempt to balance our classes appropriately through a lottery system. Factors that are considered include, but are not limited to, gender, age, primary language, special need, home school district, students who have previously applied and were not accepted and prior school experience. Age cut-offs are strictly followed. Proof of Brookline residency is required. The Brookline Early Education Program does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, ethnic origin or marital status, disability, sexual orientation or political affiliation.
