This summer as part of Pierce’s continuing efforts to focus on math, we are once again offering students in grades Kindergarten through sixth an opportunity to continue working on their math knowledge and skills over the summer, through the summer math calendar. Brookline’s summer math calendar has been updated, once again, to include a variety of websites, apps and activities. We hope you enjoy the activities, extend them, create new ones, and have fun!

Students should complete the calendar for the grade they will be entering in September 2023. Your child's teacher will communicate about when and how to hand in your completed summer math calendar or an alternate list.

We believe these suggested activities will help further Pierce’s math goals for our students. Regular practice over the summer with problem solving, computation, and math facts will help students to maintain and strengthen math gains made this past year.
