During their meeting on Thursday, February 11, 2021, the School Committee announced that Dr. Linus Guillory has been named a finalist for the superintendent of schools. The full report of the Search Committee that outlines the search process and provides a summary of Dr. Guillory’s credentials can be found below.
The district looks forward to welcoming Dr. Guillory to Brookline for a site visit that will be scheduled on a date after the school vacation. As part of that visit, there will be opportunities for members of the school community - parents, teachers, students, educational leaders - to meet Dr. Guillory over Zoom. We will announce these opportunities widely as soon as they are confirmed. The School Committee’s goal is to have a decision made by their March 4 meeting.
