Town of Brookline's "I Voted" Sticker Contest
The Brookline Town Clerk's Office's is holding a design competition for a new “I Voted” sticker. The competition invites all K-8 Brookline students, including students from Brookline who attend school in another community or who are home schooled, to submit designs for the Town’s new sticker.
Students can submit an original design online or in-person until Friday, March 7. Finalists for the new sticker design will be chosen by a panel of Town and School officials, and the winner will be chosen by a public vote.
Contest Entry Guidelines
Eligibility: Open to all Brookline students in grades K-8, including those who attend school outside of Brookline or are home-schooled.
Submission Period: Submissions will be accepted until March 7.
Entries must include:
- I Voted Sticker Design Contest Guidelines and Entry & Copyright Release Form
AND - I Voted Sticker Design Template or an 8.5 x 11 inch white piece of paper with hand drawn design, sticker must be circular in design.
Submission Methods:
In-Person

- Ballot Drop Boxes in front of the Coolidge Corner Library, Putterham Library or Town Hall
- Inside Brookline Village Library

Submit a PDF or PNG of your design along with a completed entry form via email to TownClerk@BrooklineMA.gov.
Design Guidelines:
- "I Voted" must be prominently featured in the design.
- Hand drawn and digital designs accepted
- Hand rendered submissions should be drawn on white paper and formatted in a circular shape
- Digital submissions should have a minimum resolution of 300 ppi
- Designs should be nonpartisan and should not reference any political group
- All designs must be original and created by the student. No copyrighted images or clip art allowed.
- Designs will be resized to fit a 2-inch diameter sticker.
Judging Process:
- Screening Committee: A panel of town and school officials will review all submissions and select finalists.
- Public Voting: Public voting for the finalist designs will take place from March 14 to March 21 on the Town’s website.
Winning Design Use:
The winning designs will be printed on stickers and distributed to voters starting with the 2025 May Town Election.
The Town of Brookline reserves the right to use the winning designs for promotional purposes related to the election, including but not limited to stickers, social media, and other outreach materials.

- Only one entry per student is permitted.
- By submitting a design, you agree to the terms and conditions of this contest and grant the Town of Brookline the right to use your design for promotional purposes as stated in Contest Entry and Copyright Release Form.
