English Learner Parent Advisory Council (ELPAC)

The English Learner Parent Advisory Council is open to parents/guardians of English learners (ELs) in Brookline. The purpose of the ELPAC is to promote and support the success of ELs. ELPACs are intended by law to advise the district and schools regarding matters that impact English learners including language acquisition programs, educational opportunities for ELs, and improvement plans as they relate to ELs.
2019-2020 Meeting Dates
All meetings are held on Wednesday evenings in Brookline Town Hall (333 Washington Street, Brookline, MA, 02445) from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM:

- January 29, 2020
- March 25, 2020
- May 27, 2020

Meeting Agendas and MinutesThe accuracy of the information captured in meeting minutes is important to us. There are two people at each meeting assigned to take notes. Therefore, there are two sets of minutes for each meeting.

Participants may request an interpreter at all ELPAC meetings.Meeting minutes will be translated into the district’s major languages. Translations will be posted on the ELPAC page of the PSB district website within one month after each meeting.
