The English Learner Parent Advisory Council is open to parents/guardians of English learners (ELs) in Brookline. The purpose of the ELPAC is to promote and support the success of ELs. ELPACs are intended by law to advise the district and schools regarding matters that impact English learners including language acquisition programs, educational opportunities for ELs, and improvement plans as they relate to ELs.
All ELPAC meetings are held on Wednesday evenings on Zoom. The Meeting Link will be added prior to the meeting.
Wednesday, May 10 - 7:00-8:15 PM
Wednesday, June 14 - 7:00-8:15 PM
Meeting Slides, Agendas and Minutes
The accuracy of the information captured in meeting minutes is important to us. There are two people at each meeting assigned to take notes. Therefore, there are two sets of minutes for each meeting.
Participants may request an interpreter for all ELPAC meetings by completing the RSVP form at least 3 days prior to the meeting date. The request form can be found here.
Meeting minutes will be translated into the district’s major languages. Translations will be posted on the ELPAC page of the PSB district website within one month after each meeting.
